I've blogged before about how much I enjoy Chris's Ottawa programming. His essay on the Who a few years ago was one of my favorites on what it means to be a fan of the band (and of the power of music in general), and for that alone he has my utmost respect.

Boy... this was really nice to read. My oldest and best friend died suddenly two weeks ago. Life has been shit since. Reading this provided a nice little break from that. Thanks.

God...if only the Pimp could take over ASIFA magazine. He's inject some fun into that tired thing.
