As much as I enjoy Horton and Panda and no doubt Wall-e when I see it, Persepolis is really the only meaningful animated (or otherwise) film I've seen in a long time.
Educational, passionate, important.
Whoever nominated Marjane has their head screwed on right and the choice to give her the award is testament to just how passionate the folks at Frederator really are about creative people.
