I have to agree with hirokihoshiumi this is just disgraceful. terrible art, terrible selection of voice actors. When someone mentions ape escape to me I. Think of the great level designs, great character designs and just straight up awesomeness of the games in general. When I see this I feel dissappointed in what they've turned ape escape into. What they should have done is based something off of the first game using spike as the main character along with the original voice actors if possible, and instead of having specter act in such a foolish manner have him be the evil mastermind he was portayed as in pretty much all the other games. Just as hirokihoshiumi said I feel terrible knowing that people will mock ape escape as an idiotic, foolish, dull animation short as opposed to praising it for the amazing video game franchise it is. I was filled with a mixture of hatred and dissappointment when I saw this.

It may or may not be Ape Escape, but YOU need to lighten up, HirokiHoshiumi.

We have freedom of speech in this country, meaning you can say those things, but when you think about it, the people who make this are using freedom of speech by making this series. Persecuting them for doing what they want is just wrong in my book. Call me a loser or a hippie for thinking that way if you want, but I stand by my beliefs. ...Also, I'm a Nicktoons aficionado (even though this isn't one), so hearing you call them "idiodic crap" automatically makes me see you as a jerk. I admit that's shallow and intolerant, but that's just how I feel and I'm expressing it just like you did. And I also hate the word "crap" now because of people like you on the internet, along with "suck," but I'm going to stop ranting now before I look as bad as you and/or post too much.

I just like getting my ideals out into the public whenever I can.

This is not Ape Escape. That is not Spike, that is not Specter. This is sheer and total crap. I fear to see what kind of abomination you've turned Jake into, considering the extent of the idiocy inflicted upon the rest of the cast. I'm terrified to know that this is now what the world will think of when they hear the words "Ape Escape". No longer will it be known as a wonderful game series, it will be known as this idiotic nicktoons crap.

I seriously cannot wait to see these cartoons air on TV, and this trailer certainly isn't helping! It has been really neat witnessing how this series first started out as concept art and storyboards and steadily develop into a full-fledged cartoon. I'm looking forward to it!

Can't say I care too much for Specter's voice or the design of the people but I'm sure it'll grow on me. This looks so funny, I was actually laughing! And Specter looks so adorable, I love him so much and you guys did great with his design and behavior. I'm just concerned about one thing... is the Japanese company ok with this? And will the Freaky Monkey Five, and the other protagonists from part 1 and 3 make it into the series should you make more? WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE? There just is nothing out there for Specter, a real shame. No plush, no figure, no statues.. Now I'm really hoping for this to make it!

I can't breathe I'm so happy! I really honestly can't wait for this to air, I'm bobbing up and down in my seat for crying out loud! Not to mention the tears of what I can only guess is laughter and joy from only the sneak peek is... I can't describe it, but it's very awesome!

This is fantastic. I was giggling like a child through the whole thing- it's so exciting! And it's wonderful to see a finished product- full animation, colour etc. I sure hope these air soon! I'm getting giddy just thinking about it!
